Under normal circumstances they go out within 10 business days. If the shirt you order is in being reprinted, it's about 15 until we ship.
We use Fed Ex Ground because they don't normally lose packages. Please give us a street address for delivery not a P.O. Box -- the Post Office will not permit Fed Ex or any shipping service to deliver into P.O. Boxes.
It's about 5 days to get to you depending on your location. The Fed Ex Ground system will send you an email with your tracking number in it once they have scanned your package into their computer.
Please allow emails to be received from Fed Ex and also from "T shirtH elpD esk (at sign) sho psu brosa (dot) c om" -- needless to say you get rid of the spaces first! Yeah, it looks weird but we got tired of spam bots harvesting our customer service addresses and sending us emails telling us to buy Viagra from them!
But we want you to get any notices from us if there's a problem with your order. That is the only time we will use your email for anything!
If you have a "free" email account sometimes they block commercial emails even though it's a purchase notice so if you don't hear from us, blame them!
We have automated order receipts from our shopping cart and automated shipping emails from Fed Ex that go out to the email address that you give us in your order. We do not, BTW, sell, trade or give away any of your info. You can read our Privacy Policy for details but the bottom line is that we respect your privacy and treat you like we would like to be treated.
Trust me. We get enough spam at this company that I would NEVER inflict that on our customers!
