Under normal circumstances your order is shipped within 2 to 5 business days.
Please give us a street address for delivery not a P.O. Box -- most of the delivery services we use can't deliver to a Post Office Box.
All packages are about 5 days to get to you depending on your location. If your order is shipped with a tracking number, that info will be sent to you and our sites are updated with shipment info as well.
Please allow emails to be received from us so if there's a problem, we can reach you to fix it. We want you to get any notices from us if there's a problem with your order. That is the only time we will use your email for anything!
If you have a "free" email account sometimes they block commercial emails even though it's a purchase notice so if you don't hear from us, blame them!
We have automated order receipts from our shopping carts that go out to the email address that you give us in your order. We do not, BTW, sell, trade or give away any of your info. You can read our Privacy Policy for details but the bottom line is that we respect your privacy and treat you like we would like to be treated.
