Solution

Our policy is simple -- 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. Returns or exchanges can be made within 60 days of the order date.

To return or exchange any item you have purchased from us:

Please contact us to arrange for a return or exchange so we will know your product is coming back. If you do not, we will not be able to track its return and if it gets lost, we are not responsible for it. So you must contact us for a return to happen successfully. Exchanges for a different style, size or color not due to a manufacturing defect or an order processing error will incur normal shipping charges when the product is reshipped to you.

If you’re requesting a refund not due to a manufacturing defect or order processing error, we will gladly refund you the cost of the merchandise only -- with the refund paid to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. NO CASH REFUNDS.

Return packages must be sent either Fed-Ex, UPS or USPS Priority or Express Mail with a tracking number and they must be insured. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the cost of the shipping unless there is manufacturing defect or there was a mistake made in processing your order.

Basically, we'll take full responsibility if we mess up or our suppliers mess up, but if you change your mind -- although we will take the item back -- you have to pay for the shipping.

If you wish to return a Tshirt we've made for you:

Returns or exchanges can be made within 60 days of the order date but will only be accepted as long as your shirt is unworn, unwashed, and unhappy. Well, you're returning it, aren't you? You can't expect your shirt to be happy. You're rejecting it. It knows you don't love it anymore. It's a very depressed Tshirt.

To get the depressed Tshirt out of your life please contact us to arrange for a return or exchange so we will know your shirt is coming back. Exchanges for a different style, size or color not due to a manufacturing defect or an order processing error will incur normal shipping charges when the product is reshipped to you. If you’re requesting a refund not due to a manufacturing defect or order processing error, we will gladly refund you the cost of the merchandise only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the cost of the shipping unless there is manufacturing defect or there was a mistake made in rocessing your order.
